I have had my various Mercedes Benz automobiles serviced at Ellio's for over 15 years. They're the best and will treat your car and you like family. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a Mercedes, BMW or Mini that needs good care and service!

This was my first time going to Ellio's German Auto. I was thoroughly pleased with the 80,000 service they performed on my 2015 Beetle Convertible. It was an extra nice touch that my car was washed and clean when I picked it up.. Emma in the office was friendly and knowledgeable when I scheduled my appointment and answered any questions I had from start to finish. I definitely plan on returning for service in the future.

They were very nice to me even though I know nothing about cars (some places make me feel very unwelcome and occasionally I feel like they are manipulating me for more money) Elio’s never made me feel that way. Emma helped call and keep me updated throughout the experience. Ultimately they couldn’t preform the services needed because my car had to be fixed directly by the MINI dealerships technology, but they were very gracious and gave me helpful recommendations as well. I would definitely recommend if you need work done and especially if you feel uncomfortable at mechanics like I do.

Been taking my 2012 Mini Clubman here since it hit 100,000 miles. Though I don’t drive it that much any more, it has racked up 166K and runs great. Emma and the Ellio’s crew do an amazing job. Great service, point out suggestions but never push them on you. They will continue to be our go-to service for our Mini, until it hits 200K and beyond!

If you own a MINI, this is the place to go when you need help. Best place in town for MINI service. Go the extra mile, they're worth it!

This place was highly recommend by a neighbor with a german vehicle. I'm fairly new in town and I'd say my experience working with Emma at Ellio's was very pleasant. Everything provided in detail and fair pricing. I felt an excellent level of honesty with this shop. I highly recommend to any German vehicle owner out there looking for quality work.

As always they diagnosed the problem with my C63 AMG right away and was repaired by the next day. I always feel confident with my service and treated fairly.
