I love Ellio's! I would not have a BMW without their knowledge, prompt service, reasonable prices and kindness. Emma and the team are great. They start on time, finish promptly and charge a reasonable and fair amount. While a loaner car is offered I have never needed it because the wait is short enough. I cannot imagine taking my 328i anywhere else!

They are the best. I brought Mercedes here for sunroof repairing. Mercedes sunroof repairing costs thousands of dollars. And the guy was so nice, he helped me to close the sunroof but not fixing it and charged me a very reasonable price. They also let me leave my car a week earlier than my appointment as a favor. I’m very happy with their service and I would recommend them to everyone!
