Oct 2024 the Mercedes dealership told me that my cylinder head covers needed to be repaired due to a serious oil leak on my 2013 ML350. I wanted to have it done but the dealership quoted a price way over $3K. Several years ago a friend mentioned how much they liked Ellio's, I decided to give them a call. I am pleased that I did. Mary was extremely helpful, got my car scheduled and the work was completed at a more reasonable price. They even washed my car. Thank you Ellio's, for great customer service. I will be returning for future service.

My first visit... Emma went through the items on the A service and and my concerns. She called later and reported on what the techs found that needed to be taken care of. Picked up the car later and scheduled a followup appointment. It went smoothly and I was quite pleased.
