TThe service and front room employees were great. I brought the BMW for a diagnostic Tuesday August 31, 2018. I was made aware of the $140.00 charge and was told it would "likely" come off the top of repairs and or service, if I elected to have the Car repaired. Based upon this, I set an appointment, for SEP 04, 2018 between 8 am and 10 am, however, what I was told, is not what happened. I was given an explanation, which made sense. I was told while diagnosing the car, a part was removed, and that needed changing. The same part was not replaced, until I authorized the repairs, so the technician put the bad part back on the vehicle. I brought my car about 8:30 am September, 04 to the shop and was not informed or given the opportunity to have the repairs done, until well after 1:00 PM, when (“I called the shop”). I was told what needed to be done and immediately authorized it. I paid the entire bill $897, which included the $140.00. This was not fair, had the shop timely diagnosed the problem, and then called me, I would have authorized the repairs. The point of bring my car at 8:30 am Appointment time, was so the 1 hour diatonic could be done that morning. Again this is not what happened. It was so late in the day; it would not be reasonable to order the part and then put in together before 5. I was OK with getting my Car; the following day. I was contacted about 2:30 PM and notified the car was done. Due to not being contacted, the techs replaced the part. I was charged the $140.00 that should have been credited.
