I took my 2005 Mercedes Benz CLK 320 for a coolant leak and they fixed my car perfectly. Emma is a wonderful woman she's very nice, kind, and polite. She was very patient and listen to my problem with no judgment. She understood exactly how to help me. I appreciate her kindness, Emma thank you and thank you to your technicians. Y'all are the team that makes Ellio's the best Auto shop in Sacramento Ca. I recommend EVERYONE that owns a Mercedes Benz and need to be repaired to Ellio's because, I been rip off by other places and lost the trust of everyone that worked on my car in the past but Ellio's WON my trust and I won't ever take my Mercedes Benz anywhere else because Ellio's is the BEST. I took my 2015 CLS550 for scheduled service that included an oil change. During the inspection of the vehicle they discovered oil leaking in front of the engine block. Further follow up revealed that the upper timing covers were leaking. Part of owning a nice car is keeping up on the maintenance and not prolonging repairs when they are needed before they turn into bigger problems. Victor was very easy to work with when it came to explaining the reasons why the repairs were needed and the consequences for not doing the repairs in a timely manner. Ellio's is a reliable and trustworthy shop that specializes in European cars and they are my go to place for my BMW and Mercedes. Thank you!

I can't believe I haven't written them a review before. Ellio's has been helping me keep my aging 7 series on the road for years now. They are super honest, and have always told me what HAS to be fixed, and what is optional, so that I can make informed decisions. Their prices are reasonable, by BMW standards, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Sent a close friend to them and he was so grateful I referred him to them! Great people. Never had a bad experience there.
